Default Tremor?

I'm really hoping this isn't going to last but was out feeding my garden with one of those feed bottle attachments to the hose with the trigger. I am right handed and that's my affected hand. After I finished my wrist and hand started shaking hard. Like writing or fine motor isn't gonna happen. I noticed its when I bend my wrist at all upward, my hand starts Jumping like crazy. It's with even the slightest movement.
With that said, the hand dr saw the bone damage in the wrist but my selling and pain is mostly in the thumb.
Anywho is this part of Crps? What do I do about it?
