Good thought Mary, it's called RAW honey, unprocessed and it does help for some! Plus, it's a great way to curb sweet tooth time. Thank you for mentioning this.

this is the absolute best! our dr ( who is a DO) put lil'monkey on local honey. cleared up all her allergies.

when we moved. allergies started back up. off i went to the local farmers market. allergies have been gone ever since. this is one "medicine" she has never complained about taking.

oh...it does take a little time to build up your natural immunites when using the honey.
