Default Bad Flare Today

hi everyone. hope you're all having a low pain day. i am having such a bad pain day today. my rsd has been flaring all day and won't subside. on top of that i have felt nauseas and dizzy all week. don't know if i'm getting sick on top of my rsd or what but i hope it all subsides soon. i just needed to talk to my friends here who understand my pain. i'm sorry i don't mean to be a downer i just needed to talk. thanks for listening.
