NeuroTalk Support Groups - A survey.. please participate..

Thank you for putting that survey link up. I filled it out, and had no problems with any of it. I did go down and to the code thingy first....just left it there while I went back up and filled out the survey. LOL, actually, it went off so easy, it wound up getting sent before I meant it to :eek: . I was still filling out my contact info down at the bottom when my hand spazed and I hit "enter" before I really wanted to ( :rolleyes: I really wanted to hit "tab" instead....ROFL, pretty bad huh? Since "enter" is all of the way across the key board from "tab"! ROFLMAO!). :o Oh well, they just didn't get my zip code and email addy....no huge loss, right? LOL

Anyway...just wanted to let you know that I filled it out. :) I hope that helps.
