Default Pruney fingers, upset stomach, headaches

When this began last summer I noticed right after the work accident, besides the crazy pain, I had more headaches, a constant upset stomach and pruney fingers.
Although I feel better on LDN I still have headaches (on waking), the upset stomach and pruney fingers (atrophic fingertips). I wonder if these symptoms are CRPS related or are they caused by something else. My blood work and all other tests are normal.

If you don't mind sharing, when do you take your ldn? I take mine at night. For about 3-4 months that upset stomach almost made me want to give up the ldn.
The headaches came and went in the first few months, but not as much now either.
The pruney fingers? Hmmm since I am eating less I have that but I think mine isn't astrophy mine seem more, whispers fungal....don't know why but a few weird things are happening with my forced diet.....
Please keep us updated.......

I take LDN at 9 pm. I would take it a bit later if I could, but I crash early.

I actually started having these symptoms last year, long before I took LDN. The shriveled fingertips shocked me, because it was sudden. From one day to the next. I thought it could be from lack of water, but I drank plenty. Now I wonder if it indicates my cells aren't getting enough water.

I am spending a fortune on bottled water in glass, because I hate fluoridated water and I don't want dead water in plastic bottles. My poor husband has to drag it home. I need to find an affordable solution, soon. It just burns me up that I am part of big experiment that I had no say in. paying for something I don't want or need.

That's about the time I take it. If for some strange reason I am up later, taking it that later does help me....weird I know.
I am awful about water. For many years I never did. Ldn helps me with that. So I dunno about cells not absorbing the water because I think I drink plenty now....or I think I do.
Have you tried coconut water? I don't drink the plain one unless I mix it with another liquid. But I have tried the one with a splash of pineapple juice......but oh so expensive! I bought some plain to go in my smoothies and I almost died at the cost.
Keep up the fight.
