Default Dysautonomia

Has anyone tried using sea salt to help with dysautonomia? I have read that sufferers have improved when they drink Gatorade or a homemade electrolyte balancing drink. The last few days I have been drinking water sweetened with cherry juice and some sea salt. My fingertips are less pruney, my extremities are a bit warmer.

I have avoided salt for ages due to Ménière's Disease, but now I have to consider that this stragety may have contributed to an electrolyte imbalance.

I also wonder if it would help to have an electrolyte balancing drink before blood draws and procedures.

Lately I have been dreaming about going to the Dead Sea to heal and I wonder if this is my body sending me a message.
