Default Nursing care for home bound

If someone becomes home bound from a WC injury can the person receive in home care?

I had my husband to care for me, but not everyone has a willing partner, what does a person alone do?

What happens if RSD spreads to full body and you cannot live on your own?

It seems to me that WC should pay for nursing care if it is needed.
