An affordable thermal imaging device could help us show our providers what is going on with our bodies. My daughter recently tried one at the Science Museum which showed that she basically had no circulation to her hands- her boyfriend took a photo so she can show her doctor. I thought it would be brilliant if we all could have access to this kind of machine.

Before I was diagnosed with CRPS multiple doctors blamed my flatish feet for all my issues. Their cure was insoles. Some advised soft, others hard $$$$. One doctor jacked me up like a car and another put me in motion control sneakers that are impossible to walk in. One thing that helped me was "correct toes," something I found on the internet. I also liked yoga toes, but I could not keep them on my feet for more than 10 minutes, I also had to oil them to get them on. What I do now is wear correct toes in stretchy fabric slippers most of the day.

A recent newsletter from correct toes featured a thermal image sent in by a user, I was gobsmacked because it confirmed my belief that they helped circulation in my feet. Now that I have written this, it occurred to me that a full thermal body scan might help me prepare for brain surgery. It has bothered me that the neuro surgeon more or less dismissed my concerns about my age and possible un-detected conditions that could result in a negative outcome.
