Jenna,

You are considered your surgeon's patient for 90 days post-op and this is typically covered under the 90 day global period by insurance. Call them today and see what they want you to do. If you are having a lot of bleeding they may want you to go to the ER. You certainly need to be seen by a doctor soon since your surgery is recent. Make sure you aren't having late complications before thinking it is CRPS.
