So frustrating! Do you also find it is harder to make decisions?

Not only cant i remember, i cant make decisions easily anymore either. I go thru my thought processes to make a decision only then when i want to confirm in my head that i've made the right decision, i cant back track thru the reasons to verify its the right decision! I cant remember the d**m reasons two minutes later! I feel soooo stupid and incompetent! My thinking is so much slower than it used to be. I cant even change lanes quickly when i'm driving because i wait too long trying to decide if its safe enough to move over. By the time i figure it out, too many cars are coming and i'm stuck again. I hope this doesnt get worse as i age. I cant imagine demetia and this other stuff too

I don't have CRPS , but when on Lipitor for high cholesterol , I had severe brain fog.. That same time frame I also acquired chronic repetitive strain issues.
I stopped the lipitor after I read more about it online... and it made a big difference.

So if you are on Lipitor, or some other cholesterol med it might be worth changing that to see if the fog fades away..

For many of us, the brain fog is part of having CRPS, though many of the drugs we are on also contribute to the Fog. It's such a wonderful disease!

Sheesh, can I ever relate to this post. Make up my mind? Really!? Fer-git it ah-ready! LOL Then I get people that ask a million rapid fire questions that want me to make my mind up just as soon as the question is asked. It is then that I give the universal sign that everyone around me and I have agreed upon, which symbolizes that I'm on overload; talk to me later! ;)

FYI if you must be on a statin check into COq 10 or ubiquinol. My husband takes the latter which negates the statin's negative effects.
