My doctor, a winner of a compassionate care award, tells me to use a heating pad and take an NSAID. I have applied the former multiple times with no results and the latter I simply cannot take. My mother loved to say "Suffering is our salvation," if this is true, my doctor must be colluding with the heavens to help me achieve that goal.

Since CRPS took over my life I have a better understanding of people who will do anything to deal with their pain. If I stay still the pain is low, but any movement jacks it up to the groaning out loud level. My ENT gave me low dose diazepam for a recent episode of aural fullness (Meniere's Disease). I am so grateful, because just one tablet was enough to calm it down.
