Okay...sorry I haven't been around a bit....caught what I thought was a chill and my lacking diet really has me wasting away...but I do keep yogart and calcium going cuz of my teeth...and I keep a very strict dental routine...guess what? Another dark spot ie beginning of lossing enamel
 That makes FOUR teeth now...actually five but that one the enamel is gone....no oral surgeon seems to know what else to say but....CRPS....thanks for letting me vent....
