Happy Happy Birthday IHH!!! w00t!!!
You have a wonderful independence birthday. What a cool day to have it, might I add  ICE CREAM CAKE!!!! ICE CREAM CAKE!!!! ICE CREAM CAKE!!!! I absolutely adore them, and haven't been able to find one at the grocery store since we moved here  Frogga, ice cream cake is a thin (approx. 1/2 - 3/4 " thick) cake that you roll up with ice cream, like a cinnamon bun is rolled. Lots of people frost them, but the ones in the grocery store are plain, which is how I like them. Frosting can be too rich and sweet for me.So IHH, eat an extra piece for me, and enjoy yourself at the mall. Buy something that smells pretty. I hope it doesn't cause you too much pain on the 5th... but it'll be worth it anyway. Here are two spoons in advance, darlin. Huggers, Rogue
