I am so sorry that you were feeling so bad when you posted (looks like a few people have helped you feel a little better for the moment :grouphug:)

One of the things that helped me the most in recovering mobility has been kinesio tape. It is a special kind of tape that works like a second skin and helps facilitate the flow of blood, which really reduced my stiffness and pain. Maybe ask your doctors if they are training in this form of taping.

In addition to symptom management (which takes practice but does help I promise!), going to see a mental health therapist is an important step. Acquiring a monster like this one can be traumatic (my psychologist actually diagnosed me with PTSD), and depression can be comorbid with CRPS for many reasons. On some therapy-finder websites you can even narrow your search to people who have training working with chronic pain. That's how I found my therapist and that's one of my favorite hours of the week now :D

Please take care of yourself!

Oh! And something I found really healing was a famous essay about living with disabilities. I can't post links but it's called Spoon Theory (should be easy to google) and I have shared it with many of my loved ones to help them understand.
