I also have Endometriosis, but I have noticed the pain increasing when I do get my period. However I have gone for months to over a year of not getting my period. But I was told that this is normal, and part of the RSD. Anyone else not getting their period monthly? I know its a sensitive subject, but glad that it was brought up

For me I think the weather has an impact. Rain, snow or sudden changes in temperature all seem to make it worse.
