w00t!!!!!
That's fantastic, I am so happy for you! I know the feeling of relief and security it gives to finally get your decision.

Go celebrate now, and sleep well tonight. It's a long battle you have fought, and it's time for a victory party, lol.

Default Hi Dawn,

Been there, done that... I know exactly how you feel with news that good.

Now maybe you can relax and as the stress goes away from struggling to make ends me then you can feel somewhat better. Maybe a whole lot better.

Arrow Sweet!!!

Congratulations!!!

That is really wonderful news, and I can only imagine the enormous weight that is lifted off you.

One question though.........since my second hearing is coming up. Did they let you have the back pay??? Or did they make a deal????

I have applied for ss for degenerative disc disease and have lost 2 appeals, now I have to wait 8 months for a hearing. I have had anterior spinal fusion of the l4/l5 with a cage and synthetic protien replacement for the dis. I am 2months post op and still have pain.
Could you explain you condition and what do you think my chances of getting ss are. I am 53 years old and out of work
thank you
claudie
