Hi Mike,
Sorry that you have the bad jerks also - I know how scary and painful they can be . I also have the really bad jerks, my PM Doctor and Neurologist diagnosed me with Myoclonus about 2 months ago now. The spasms are worse on a night but I get them during the day also. This is a video of the spasms in my leg - the spasms started in April 2008 after an ingrown toenail removal on my RSD leg: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=xIXakErNBpE I wish I could give you some advice on what could help, but so far I haven't found anything that helps. I have tried numerous muscle relaxants including Baclofen, Propranolol, Diazepam, Kenadrin etc. I really hope you can get some relief real soon - you are in my thoughts Alison
