Default Painful small bumps?

I have had these small pea sized bumps u dear the skin on my thighs for a while, very tender to touch yet while rubbing them hurts it makes them feel better, strange I know. I don't what they are or why they appeared. Anyone else have or know anything about them? No color to them, don't grow, so kinda weird

yes i get them all the time since rsd. they are like a skin rash and come an go in different places. sometimes on my neck, ears and back. sometimes on my eye now which freaks me out. i have had them on my scalp for almost two years now and my pm dr said that he has other rsd patients who have the same thing. apparently rsd can cause the skin to get rashes and infections. they usually go away within a few weeks to a month, but not on my scalp and my dr said it could stay there for a while. i am also losing patches of hair bc of rsd. if i were you i would let your dr know about it just to make sure and see if they can prescribe something to help keep it from spreading and itching. hope your rash goes away soon.
