I encountered this article recently and have been meaning to put it up for those members here who have children with CRPS. It is from 2010, so not super recent but comes from Dr. Stanton-Hicks of Cleveland Clinic who has done a lot of research.
The jist of it? After literature review of numerous studies they estimate 97% percent of children are able to achieve a remission with treatment! They also note their findings of spread in adults as 10%. What great news. I think it important that we all remember that CRPS is a spectrum and it may well be that resistant cases end up here. I do love seeing optimistic findings. http://rsds.org/wp-content/uploads/2...ed_Aug2010.pdf
