Thumbs up Book That Have Helped You

Howdy folks,

Hope everyone's having a relatively pain free day. Thought to start a new thread to share with each other any writings & books we've read that have had a major positive influence on us.

Personally, of everything that I've read, "Healing and Recovery" by David R. Hawkins does an outstanding job in summarizing and explaining the overall recovery process. And "Letting Go: the Pathway of Surrender" gives the topic of healing and recovery a broader, more universal context. I'd wholeheartedly recommend both of these books to anyone open to a different take and an in depth look into the essential mechanisms of suffering. I found both books after recovering from RSD, and what I read directly mirrored my own experience, and greatly expanded my limited understanding of it. Mind=blown!

Whether a reading experience has brought you new knowledge, new hope, a new perspective, moved you spiritually, or resulted in direct tangible improvement in your health - what have you read that has made a real impact in your life?

Default my favorite

Great idea to share...

The book that helped me the most and I continue to reference is "How to Be Sick" by Toni Bernhard http://www.tonibernhard.com/SummaryHTBS.html
It's written for chronically ill and their caregivers.

I also purchased "When things Fall Apart" by Pema Chodron but haven't started it. It was referred by a friend also suffering from CRPS.
