Woke up this morning to a problem that was going to be a challenge, would require a lot more walking for me, which is not a good thing for my RSD foot. Before I tackled this challenge, I thought, I have a choice, I can panic and blow this out of proportion, or I can choose to see it clearly, breathe, relax, think, how can I break this down into little steps that I CAN handle. That is what I did, and it did not cause me a lot of extra pain.
Thank you RSD for teaching me how to face things as they come, think them through, problem solve, think before I act, know that I have choices, not react, keep my stress level down, seek solutions to problems, and how to take baby steps. Thanks for being there and listening. peace zinnia |
