Default 5 years ago Changed my life... CRPS

I don't know if this type of post is allowed. If not
Feel free to take it down.

Today is the 5year anniversary of spraining an ankle and getting CRPS. This is how I handled that grief today by writing in my blog. I just started doing this and it is very therapeutic.

Thank you all for your support. I've linked this group on my 'helpful hints' link.

Writing and sharing with others your own experiences with CRPS, or any chronic condition for that matter, can be very therapeutic. I originally came on to this board last September for that purpose as well as to educate myself as much as I could from the others here. It has helped quite a bit for me, although I have not been around here much lately, and hope that it helps you as well.

Thank you for sharing with all of us here.

Wow, that is a powerful blog post. I think that most of us can relate to many of the same emotions.

I'll never forget the day I contracted CRPS either. September 11, 2008. The day my life changed in almost every possible way.

Your blog was extremely well written and thank you very much for sharing it with us. Sometimes putting it in words helps us to sort it out.
