It helps to have people to talk to about it.
My PT has told me it will take a long time in little baby steps. (Bearing in mind it is my foot we are working on) lol. So working on my foot tolerating various textures and touches, and then strengthening the ankle (also affected by CRPS). Then getting the walking muscles working again, plus me working on leg muscles at home doing leg lifts and such. I walk on crutches around the house, and a little w/o, but in a bad form. So we have to work on correcting that so that my back will stop hurting as well. And correctly weight bearing on the CRPS foot. Its a long journey I am being told. But he says I can get there. |
