Hi everyone! I am the Disability Counselor at a community college here in Va and I am always asked by individuals in the CRPS community how to receive accommodations in college. Since schools are starting back next week I put together a guide for students on how to, the law & students responsibility. Even though I'm an administrator for the college, I have my own accommodations for a writing course I am taking. Accommodations help remove the barriers & help us succeed! Please share this with anyone you think would benefit. I hate seeing people be embarrassed or get hung up on the stigma of disability services! It can be a life saver in college! Read more here & let me know if you have any questions- I'm more than happy to help! Sending healing vibes to everyone this weekend!!
