This makes sense. I've noticed changes in my cycle in the last couple of years. Most recently, I've had lower back pain that radiates down my legs and my cramps are more severe. I've had some bowel problems for a while, but they've intensified. Also, I can't use tampons anymore because they hurt. I was thinking something if wrong more globally, which is why I'm having so many issues (they're not that big a deal in and of themselves, but still).
