I only get state disability. I haven't even fought the SSI fight yet. Uggg. My year disabled doesn't hit until Dec. (on my b-day may I state). Such a stupid rule. You must remain disabled for one year if you have worked, blah, blah, blah. However, if you don't work, you can apply right now.
