Default question about color change

Hi to all and wishing you all a good day. I have a question about color change. I have noticed in recent weeks that while I still can see some blueness and mottling it seems much lighter than it has been. However, the pain, stiffness, tightness, burning, less hair growth are there. The color is currently so light that it doesn't show on camera. I'm only aware of it because it's my leg. I rely on the pictures to prove my rsd symptoms. Can you still have rsd even though the color change is barely visible?
By the way, I went for my deposition yesterday and am still in tears. I will try to tell you about it when I feel better. Thanks so much for listening and all the help you give me. I need it more than ever today.....Jeannie

Default ohh yes

Hi Jeannie..
Yes you can have RSD and not so much the color change... mine goes to bruisy colors when I am cold but I notice overall the color isn't as bad in the warmer summer months as it is in the fall or winter.

((hugz))
I hope you are feeling better soon,
Sandra

Oh for sure, UsedToBe! My legs are almost a normal color these days, nothing like the blue/purple honeycomb patchwork they used to be.

I give most of the credit for that to my choice of clothing, actually. I cater to the rsd/crps at all times, regardless of the weather. I love the sun, but not the heat, strange as that might sound. And of course cold is even worse. (anyone have a house is san diego they want to give me, lol? Seems like the best all-around weather for an rsd'er)

But to keep my legs a decent color and at an internal temp they approve of, I am always in heavy wool hunting socks, sweat pants, and high (over-the-ankle) slippers. It only takes a couple of hours after removing those items for the mottling to start coming back, though.

Let's not discuss just how SEXY I look these days!

Hi Jeannie,
I didn't have any color change for a couple of years. But now I can get any thing from normal color to red and dark purple. And I alwayshave that great just waxed shiney car look. Hope you feel better,

Sue K.
