Pamidronate is the one I'm being offered. Still reading up on it. It would involve three days of infusions. Seems to have results too good to be true on the studies I read, but when I spoke with the doctor, he was more realistic and said it can really help some people, others it helps some, and others not, just like anything with CRPS. BUT it does seem to help a large percentage of patients. So it looks like this family of meds is on the horizon as a good treatment protocol no matter where we are in the disease process.
