Welcome to the site, Mike.

You stubbed your toe, so at least you know "how you did it". With me the RSD just spread from my legs to my arms one day, and I couldn't recall doing anything that provoked that - at all! It just happened.

Anyway, I will be struggling with RSD 22 years come September.

Work related (car) accident September 21, 1995, consequences:
- chondromalacia patellae both knees
- RSD both legs (late diagnosis, almost 3 years into RSD) & spread to arms/hands as of 2008
