Investigate olive leaf extract and niacin. Besides LDN these are the only two supplements I took for months before my last eye appointment, my blind spot in one eye improved dramatically. And there was no mention about the twisted vein in my eye either.

There are other good eye supplements. I haven't taken them,so I cannot offer recommendations, but they are worth looking into.
