Small update on my condition after my fall. Knees still hurt...especially the right one. My left knee pretty much just feels bruised at this point so it's sensitive to touch. My right knee though...I have to say...I don't want to wear pants because of how much it hurts. It's still a bit swollen and gets really tight if I sit for any time at all...but when I'm up and moving it's not too bad as long as nothing is touching it. My neck is tender to the touch but otherwise is ok.

Still no word yet from HR so I will just continue to do my exercises and laps at home.
