That is quite the story, quite the suffering, and I really sympathize. Insurers are tough to deal with. I have had my share of dealings with them, and that's all I'm going to say on the matter. I will have CRPS both legs (disabling) this year come September, 23 years. Both arms about a decade (non-disabling, but still annoying enough).
