I ended up hiking the Appalachian Trail because I thought if I hiked 2,000 miles then my leg/foot would HAVE TO be better. It was a great adventure, and it did help, and yes, I'm still working at improving my CRPS.
During the cold and snow in Feb and March I used heat warming foot pads between my sock and boot to help with this issue. I use a small heating blanket at home when I'm having a hard day. Anyone have any luck with battery powered socks? |
