Jo*mar,
I appreciated the link - hadn't seen this article before. A lot of different factors to consider. Thanks. Brightcloud |

Which brand are you looking into. There is such a small amount of calcium in the LifeExtension product.

caroline2,
I am taking strontium citrate for help with bone density. It must be taken on empty stomach and no calcium within past 2-3 hours. Am looking into brands such as Vitalitus, peaCURE, Mirica (non-micronized, has PEA + luteolin), Nootropics (available on Amazon), and Lake Avenue Nutrition (an i-herb exclusive brand, however it seems to have several fillers). Difficult to know which is best. Major cost differences, but don't want to decide by cost alone. Cheapest could be poor quality. |

Hi again, I've taken strontium capsules/tabs on and off over the years and I now have a little left in a jar of Advanced Series AOR and the directions are 1-2 caps daily, 2 hrs before or after food, dairy, calcium, on empty stomach....so I'm going to finish the jar I have now. This company also says one must have adequate calcium and D in their bodies for this to work properly. I notice that some Strontium products contain D and Calcium in the tablet so that goes against the one I'm using.
I'll be buying more and maybe will alternate 1 cap and some days 2 caps. I like capsules best. I feel I'm getting strong bones from the magnesium I take thru the day. |
