Default CRPS or scar tissue?

I don't have an official diagnosis for RSD/CRPS, but two of my doctors suggested that it might be a possibility for me. I don't have excruciating pain. I do have scar tissue that is uncomfortable at all times - and the site of more extreme sensations when I'm mentally/emotionally stressed. It's in a soft tissue injury on my leg that occurred at the time of a TBI, near drowning, and blood loss. More recently I've had a very slight burning sensation in my skin on my uninjured leg (mirror image). I also have uncomfortable scar tissue on my face, but it doesn't bother me as much as the area on my injured leg.

None of this seemed worth complaining about, compared to everything else that I went through and survived. Now I'm just falling apart emotionally so much that I can't think about anything else. There's definitely a component of PTSD with me, despite the fact that I have zero memory of the traumatic event, and therefor no flashbacks or nightmares. It's been 15 years since my accident, and I have major issues with hypersensitivity, uncontrollable crying, poor concentration, poor memory, and probably other things I can't remember right now. I'm waiting to see a Neuropsychologist who can help me untangle my issues, but in the meantime I am wondering:

What would be the main distinctions between uncomfortable scar tissue and complex regional pain syndrome?
