Default doc thinks my rsd has spread to other foot

Hi all,
Saw my PM yesterday. He's sure that the rsd has spread to my right foot due to the fall I took almost 3 months ago. He wants to do a block on that side, and wants to start me on the road to a stim for my left foot. He said either that or I will be on pain meds for the rest of my life. I don't have a problem with that, but he didn't act like it was a good thing. We will see.

Hi Mary Again,

If I was you, I would get a second opinion. If your second opinion is different than the first get a third. Love, Roz xxx

Roz,
You are right about a 2nd or 3rd. I really don't have problems with staying on pain meds for the rest of my lift. Actually, the meds work only if I stay home and stay off my feet. If I'm up and moving around then nothing keeps it from hurting. I will go for the block on the right foot, but just don't know what to do about the left.
