Default Arming myself with vitamins/minerals etc..
Went to the vitamin shoppe today and bought DL-Phenylalanine (500mg) Co-enzyme B complex , a good multivitamine and Vitamine C (emergen-C drink with 1,000 mg Vitamin C with 7 mineral ascorbates and B Vitamines)- Hope this helps....

And I stopped taking caltrate cause of the elevated calcium levels in my blood
