Many thanks for the reply, I really appreciate your help. My foot goes black but about an hour later it goes blue and then red and then pink (so it kind of goes different colours very quickly, its so annoying) I will try and post a photo of my leg when it changes colour. I do suffer from Dystonia (my foots held in eversion and I cannot move it  ) and my foot is really swollen. Sometimes the swelling goes down a bit but then it comes back worse. I am hoping to try HBO if I can I hope you are having a pain free day Take care All my love Alison
