Default Vitamin D and RSD?

I have been researching inflamation and the effects of vitamin D. Does anybody have experience or information about vitamin D and its effects on RSD?

I was slim-zippy on BT1 if I remember correctly.

Default Howdy Slim zippy!

I sure havent, but would love to know the answer also as my leg now went from osteopenia to osteoporosis. I want to take vitamin D, but sumthin inside me tells me to check this out first.

So great question!

Love
