I feel like I am losing control yet once again.... I dont know what to do and I feel all alone, I am scared of failing.....and falling on my face, it seems like no matter what I do it is not good enough. I just want to jump off of a bridge right now, but the way my luck has been going I would just survive and break every bone in my body and probably get full body RSD.....

someplace that understands!!! Believe me I have been to the end of my rope with the knot coming undone and all I can say is the only think is life that is 100% guaranteed is CHANGE. I keep telling myself -This too shall pass, until I got sick of hearing it in my head.

And in answer to your statement that no matter what you do it is not good enough-the only things that matters is you do your very best and that is good enough for now.
