hi, we recently discussed in a thread frmo Desi how a flare can show its ugly head by having RSD s/s in other parts of the body. i said that i find it related to the change in the seasons, and with me, actual barometric changes. i find fall the worst, and spring the second worst time for these flares.
i use anti inflammatories at the fist sign of swelling and it seems to help quite a bit.
