Default Grape seed extract

I have just started on grape seed extract. It does not seem to be working at the moment. I have not had any side effects.
Wishing you well.

Hi Debbie,
I did a search for info on taking GSE but nothing specific about timing or food /fluids came up.
I was wondering if you might be taking it too late and lying down too soon?
Or perhaps you might be sensitive to something in it.

I think I mentioned MSM long ago on another thread here, I don't remember if anyone has tried it or not.
It is supposed to be good for so many things- skin, hair, nails, heartburn, asthma, allergies and on and on...
I use it for my RSI/TOS pain & aches when I need to and for overall health/wellness.

I'll try to find the thread/post about it- It's quite safe, non toxic

Most supplements usually take awhile to see results, I'm guessing if you take something like that regularly it could be weeks or even longer.

here is a link from wiki:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grape_seed_extract

from that article:

Side effects

In clinical studies, taking grape seed extract has been associated with mild side effects such as:
  • Abdominal pain
  • Cough
  • Headache
  • Nausea
  • Sore throat
As with any dietary oil, taking large amounts of grape seed oil may lead to soft stools or oily leakage from the gastrointestinal tract.
