![]() Hello Ada, I think that stress just goes along side any illness, particularly a chronic painful one. I truly admire anyone who can remain stressfree under such obvious changes in lifestyle. I believe this is another of those "chicken and egg" situations but in my case I certainly had never experienced any major stress when I got RSD but I sure have it now. There are many methods for trying to control and improve stress levels, I think we need to just examine each one and see what works for us. My method is keeping involved in my family activity--not the physical side but the emotional and supportive way. Wishing you better times Tayla ![]() |
