Hi Ali,

I hope you are feeling better today.

I was just thinking since you are going to see this girl next week that has RSD, you might want to take pen and paper with you and ask her what other Drs. she might have seen and what other treatments she has had. She may know of some other Drs. that treat RSD in Children.

I agree with you in wanting to know about everything going on with you. If you don't know then you can't help yourself get better.

Hello and thanks for that amazing link.:heartthrob:

What a brilliant post from a very brave and insightful girl. Her story epitomises what can happen if you get the correct treatment and you combine it with a big dose of bravery.

I liked the way she emphasised that it did hurt to get better and that she held no malice for those who made her hurt.

I have to say that if I lived in the US and I had a child with RSD/CRPS, that I would sell up and pack my belongings to get to Philadelphia Children's Hospital!!This Dr Sherry and his program is a godsend!

Ali, I believe this is similar to the program being done at Great Ormond St Hospital. Could you get there?

Love and luck
Tayle:hug:

Thanks for the for the post.

Im not trying to be negative, but that is the same dr I mentioned in previous posts that has the physical therapy program that caused my rsd to spread nearly full body and greatly worsen. The same program took me 4 (almost 5) months to complete and they discharged me when I was worse than when I started so I am really against that dr. He believes in NO medicine whatsoever and is one that says its in your head without actually saying it. And he seemed very biased. Im not saying that his program doesnt work for everybody, but based on my personal experience, I am not very fond of that dr. I just don't want to see others go through that.
