Default Signs And Symptoms Of Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy:

http://www.rsdinfo.com/rsdinfo3.0/art_13.htm

This is a very good case study of over 800 patients with RSD, I recomend you read it all the way through.

Live and learn.

When I do too much with the hand (it's not very much) it gets very weak and seems virtually paralyzed. I sought medical attention the first time it happened and they just blew me off. I don't talk about it a lot even though it still happens a little and would happen a lot if I pushed myself because I'm afraid they'll think I'm nuts.

The article has a term for it and it affects about 20% in the first year; pseudoparalysis.

I just let it droop until it wants to rejoin the living. The first time it was so weak I couldn't pick up even the lightest object.
