Sandel,
Many thanks for posting these links, they are really interesting. I wish I lived in America, they don't do the Ketamine Infusions over in the UK.
My arms almost better now thankfully. It hurts a bit but not as much as it did when I first hurt my arm. The infections almost gone now.

I have friends in UK who have had Ketamine Infusions. Perhaps you could make some enquiries as to where they are done.
