Default Really down tonight.

I just got back from seeing my PCP. He gave me some shots to calm down some of my pelvic pain.

We talked about my Gyno I saw yesterday. He thinks it's a good ideal for them to do some exploratory surgery. He thinks they are going to do it with a scope. I didn't have the heart to tell him that he thinks they will have to open me up again.

My blood pressure was 134 over 100. I am dealing with chest pain so he is making me an appt. for a heart Dr. He says I am a great canidate for heart trouble. My cholestral is over 300. We can't get it down no matter what. I can't take the meds to get it down. The last angiogram I had showed CAD in one artery so he is thinking that something is going on. My fatigue has become worse.

My spelling is getting worse too. LOL. I swear I know I am spelling these words wrong but my brain won't let me figure out how to spell them right. I use to be good in spelling and I am too lazy to use the spell checker.

I just hate all of this starting with Drs. again. It's never ending.

Hope all of you are having a better day then I am having.

Ada

Oh Ada,

I can so relate!!! What you describe is almost identical to what I have going on at the moment.

Lets see right sided pelvic pain, they think is endometriosis which is probably on my appendix and bowels. Gonna have to do lap surgery too.

They put me on birth contrl pills to try to help it but to no avail, those pills just raised my blood presure into the 130's and 140's. I also had chest pains and the palpiations were unnerving. But it was all hormones

My cholesterol is 280 and I have found a couple of ways to bring it down that I can share with you.

Hormones are all out of whack and I show estrogen deficient which is causing my fatigue but I cant take the estrogen because it makes the endo worse.

Ada, are you up in No Cal?

Pm me if you want to talk more and compare notes.

Heart Sorry Ada

I'm so sorry Ada!

You have my sincere sympathy with everything.

I felt that same way when I was told my CRPS was in question and I should get more tests. I hated being up in the air with my heath again, explaining to new doctors EVERYTHING, new side effects from raised prescriptions, the fear of what could be wrong etc.

It all just totally bites, and I really can relate because my experience was recent so the feelings are still quite fresh. (Especially since it may not be over yet!!!)

Please keep us posted, I hope you are alright! I'm worried about your chest pain and fatigue...

Could your symptoms be from the anxiety and exhaustion of the entire concept of going through it all again, being explored in a surgical manner?
It really wouldn't surprise me one bit...what a nightmare for you!

So sorry again Ada! Please let me know if there is anything I can do...from afar at least.

Lots of love and prayers your way Hun!

Hi Ada,
I am so sorry you are going through all those issues.
My heart truly goes out to you. I too can relate to what you are going through as far as the heart problems.

I had gone to my pain management doc and he wanted to schedule me to have the trial of the Spinal Cord Stimulator inserted,
well to prepare for that you have to have your blood work done, other doctors releases, and yes an EKG, well it came back abnormal.
So he referred me to a Cardiologist who did another EKG that also came back abnormal.
They have done an Echo Cardiogram and I go back on Friday for them to do a Chemical Stress Test on me,
and I'm just so excited about, I can hardly wait for Friday to get here...hahaha

My cardiologist and I were talking about all the things RSD effects and the one thing I personally never thought about was
your heart....it's a muscle, so it makes sense that RSD would sooner or later effect it doesn't it.

I for one will be so glad when they find something that will either slow the progression of it down, or a complete cure for it.

Anyway, please let us know how things work out for you, and know that we are all praying for you!!

Love, Peace & Blessings,
Marla

Seeing as you can't take the cholesterol meds., have you given any thought to trying cinnamon. I have friends who have been able to control their high cholesterol with it. You get it at the health food store or an online vitamin type site. It comes in capsules. There has been research supporting this but can't remember where. Do some online research then speak with your doc. Hey, it can't hurt. Also, you need the capsules as you need to consume at least 2 tsp a day probably more in your case. Research then talk with your doc. Hang in there! Marilyn
