Hi CZ,

You are so very welcome. I so hope you are able to get some much need rest
and relaxation. It does make such a big difference in how your entire day goes.

You may have to alter the routine to fit with what you are able to do physically.
And there are literally millions of different methods options in how and what you do.

I appreciate your and Tayla kinds words so much, they mean the world to me.
Let us know what you tried and what helped/didn't help....but I'm rooting for at
least most of it helping.

Love, Peace & Blessings,
Marla

Hi CZ, Have you tried Lidoderm Patches? These work grest for me. If you haven't ask your doctor about these. You can use up to 3 at a time. They can also be cut to fit whatever area that might need a smaller patch like your neck. Marilyn
