Default Weather changed, what a pain?

Our weather has actually warmed up but the wind blew yesterday. On days like this I am worse off.

I was hurting in bed so bad last night, I couldn't move. Even my butt hurt. LOL. I never had felt pain there before. My thighs and legs hurt, my feet.

I just don't get why weather change can make such a difference, even when it's changing for the better.

Hi Ada,
I know what you mean, the weather here changed yesterday for the better....got up to about 70 mid-day but at night it went back down to about 38 or so and today it looks as if it is going to be doing the same thing. This morning when I woke up my entire body didn't or wouldn't move. I hadn't experienced that is some time and had forgotten just how frustrating it is. Then once I was able to sit up I really wasn't sure I wanted to put my feet on the floor....but that bathroom was really calling my name...lol.....I believe that was one of the longest walks I had ever had. But I was able to lessen it when I did my relaxation routine, but my muscles are really sore and they usually aren't. I'm not sure what's going on, but I do know it's different.
I feel as if I have done aerobics for 4 hours followed by 8 hours of jogging!! I don't think I will be doing very much today, might go sit out in the sun and suck up some Vitamin D, could be lacking that??

Wishing you all the best in your butt....hahahahahaha.

Love, Peace & Blessings,
Marla

Heart

Hi Ada,
Here in MA it seems like the rain has not stopped and now we are getting snow. My body hurts so bad. Even the meds don't work. Places that don't hurt are worse than the RSD limb. I just wish the sun would come out! Hope you feel better.

Default Hi Marla,

i hate those trips to the bathroom too. I have way too many due to the IC and other problems.

I try to figure out what is happening at times if it's the RSD or Fibro messing with my body.

I have trouble straightening out my legs at night due to not being able to get them warm enough so I think that makes a lot of my lower half pain worse.

I have as much pain with the heat as I do the cold. It's in the 70's here today too. I have had to take more meds today then when it is cold.

Now we know what they mean by the saying " pain in the butt". don't we. It's not only our Grandkids and kids that can be. LOL

Hi Ada,
You are so right about the "pain in the butt" not always the kids and grandkids causing it.....LOL!!

Yesterday I went out and soaked up some sun rays and I felt so much better last night. I am thinking
I am going to try it again today and and see how I feel tonight.....may be cause to get a membership
at that spa or invest in my own sauna after all....hahahahaha, wonder if I could sell that to my husband, it's worth a try.....lol

Love, Peace & Blessings,
Marla

Default Hi Marla,

I think a spa would be a great ideal for you. Convince your hubby by going somewhere where you can both go a couple of times then maybe he will buy you one.

I am dreading the summer sun at this point. The heat bothers me as much as the cold. Today I am on extra meds and using patches.

I do love summer but not at this point.

Hi Everyone,
The weather here is getting worse by the minute. Today we are getting snow, ice, and then rain, rain, rain, tommorow. The pain will just not let go. I don't think I CAN STAND IT ANYMORE.

Default Hi Sue,

Sorry you are having such a bad day. It's around 50 here today.

Yesterday was very nice and I was in so much pain, I called my PCP and I'm going in tomorrow for TPI's. I just can't stand it either.

Hope you are feeling better soon though.

Hi Sue....I am so sorry you are having such horrible pain because of the weather. I hope you get some relief soon!!

Hi Ada,
I hope you get some relief as well, this weather is causing havoc all over the place.....UGH!!
You know the temp here was up in the 70's for 3 days and it wasn't a "hot" 70, there was a cool breeze along with it. I had sat out in the sun a couple days, but something really weird started happening to me that I had never experience before, so tell me if any of you have had this happen to you before.....

It seemed like when I was getting warmer from the outside temp, I felt as if there were swords being stuck in me from head to toe and back up again. It was horrible!! Needless to say I can back in the house and turned on the fan to cool off and it went away. I really don't think I want that experience again, but I am curious if that has happened to anyone else.??

Have an Amazing day!!

Love, Peace & Blessings,
Marla

Default Hi Marla,

That is exactly the feelings I get in the heat. I feel like I am being stuck with needles all over or like I have electrical zaps going through me.

I cannot handle the heat at all. I just turned on a fan because it is hot here today. I am miserable when it is like this.

I can't stand to get out into the sun. I use to like to lay out but can't do it now.

I really don't know if this is part of the RSD or something else going on. My Dr. has PN in his feet and we talk about this all of the time. My whole body feels like his feet do. Burning pain, zaps, you name it. He opens a window for us when I go in there because he knows I can't handle heat even in the winter months.
