Default Just a few thoughts....

howdy,
well where do i start- yesterday was a rough one for my dear mother. She was talking about tossin her towel in. I do know that her medicine can cause her moods and hormones to get out of wack. It was difficult hearing her talk about death. Luckily i got her back on track. I do have 1 brother, and her being sick is really bothering him. I always make myself avaliable for him whenever possible.
My mother has been the person in my family to hold everyone together, and this last year its been gently laid on my shoulders. I don't mind, i just wish ppl ( family) mainly would take time out of there life to ask me how im doing. It does bother my mother that she has to soley rely on her children, but what are we here for?? I'm sure if i was to fall ill or be in her shoes she would be there for me.
Another struggle is trying to get my mother disability. What a damn chore that is because they deny you first 2-3 times you apply. I got her a good lawyer, and its just a waiting game now. And we are also trying to get her state medical ( another hassel). She goes for a hearing which i will be right by her side. I hope that i can get thru to these ppl, she needs help. Medicine costs alot, and when she has my dads medical that is shitty its difficult. You shouldnt have to make the choice ( medicine or food on your table).
Sorry for the nonsencable babble, but just have no one else to hear me out ( my cat is great just doesnt give good advice) ha ha
Christina
